Comic Book Characters Who Are Versions Of Donald Trump

Christopher Peruzzi 0
Trump has been in the spotlight for a long time. Long before Donald John Trump threw his hat into the political arena or became the star of his own reality show, he had been in the public lexicon for decades. For me, personally, he came into my sphere of influence back in the eighties. Trump was […]

It Was A Silly Place On Sunday night, January 29th, I watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail at the Count Basie Theater. Prequels Are Fascinating In almost every one, we find the hidden history brings a new light and dimension to old established characters. Writers and actors call this “backstory” when they look at an individual character. They are the story before the story. Most of the time, prequels exist to answer questions. Why did he do that? […]

Christopher Peruzzi 1
The muscle of a team of second chance characters As a lifelong comic book fan, one of my favorite titles to come out of the Marvel Universe was The Guardians of the Galaxy. Why do I love it so much? The entire revival of this group is about second chances – literally. Let me explain. […]

Only Good Things Deserve “Cumberbatch-ing” There are few things a real comic book fanboy can do to get his superhero rush jonesing more than watching the Doctor Strange movie. They are the following: Getting art lessons from Steve Ditko, actually receiving real super powers, and dating someone that gets your juices flowing – in that […]
